THE METHOD

Is this you,
or an old wound
talking?

Most people already know exactly what they need to change. That was never the hard part. The hard part is that something older than the decision is still running the show, an old fear, an old story, a pattern laid down long before you had words for it. Hypnosis is the tool I trained in to work directly with that part, not to erase it, but to finally let you choose instead of it. You stay in control the entire time. It just gives the decision back to you.

LET’S CLEAR THIS UP

Let's clear this up.

01

People assume hypnosis is entertainment.

It isn’t. Stage hypnosis is theater. What I do is trained, deliberate work with a state you already move in and out of every day, whether you notice it or not.

02

People assume you lose consciousness.

You don’t. You remain aware of who you are, where you are, and what’s happening, the whole time.

03

People assume you’re under my control.

You’re not. Hypnosis is something you do. I only guide it. Nothing happens that you don’t want to happen, not even close.

04

People assume it’s just deep sleep.

It isn’t. Your body may look still. You stay fully awake, and fully yourself, the entire time.

WHERE IT SHOWS UP

Where the old wound actually shows up.

It shows up in ordinary moments.

You react the same way under pressure, even thought you promised yourself you wouldn't. Your confidence disappears right when you need it most. You doubt yourself, even when you know better. You make the same decision for the hundredth time, and it still doesn't stick.

That’s the old wound talking. And that's exactly where I work.

HOW WE'D WORK TOGETHER

One tool.
Not the whole method.

Hypnosis is trained, specific work, and it’s one part of how I work with people one to one. If what you just read sounds like the part you’re actually stuck on, let’s talk about it directly.
